Design and deliver high-level, comprehensive, multimodal Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) professional development training experiences for all Positive Health Impact Employees. This position will administer strategic visioning as well as grass-roots educational and professional development efforts that are grounded in mission, public health data, and racial and social justice. A major responsibility will be to develop, lead, implement, and assess an all-encompassing professional development and training plans for EDI by formulating long and short-term programmatic goals and objectives, delineate resource allocation to support them, and establish metrics to evaluate program success to ensure effective and efficient engagement and outcomes. The Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Training, Engagement, and Professional Development reports to the Director of Human Resources, or VP, Development & Communications.

• Processes, techniques and methodologies were developed for 7 community-based HIV testing staff and 2 PrEP Coordinators to improve HIV prevention access to high-risk negative individuals, specifically BMSM, Transgender women, and people who inject drugs • A total of 9 community-based testing staff were trained on effective internet outreach and status neutral approaches to remote linkage to PrEP and care services including using ARTAS and CLEAR as strategies for linkage to HIV care • Developed contracts for 2 laboratory partners to monitor critical labs and PrEP adherence for PrEP patients that supported program implementation • Liaised with Philadelphia Department of Public Health to analyze jurisdictional HIV testing data, trends and seropositivity rates from HIV self-testing program implementation • Created and managed a program budget of $700,000 annually to support High Impact HIV Prevention activities as part of a 5-year cooperative agreement with the CDC resulting in 600 Black men who have sex with men (BMSM) and transgender women tested, 20 individuals newly identified and diagnosed as HIV positive, 18 individuals linked to HIV care services, and 10 individuals re-engaged in HIV care • Analyzed budget narratives, line-item budget, and expenditure reports prior to submission to grants solutions (grantsolutions.gov) to ensure legislative and programmatic compliance for one CDC funded cooperative agreement (PS15-1509) and one state funded grant (CP022) resulting in HIV testing and service delivery to 1000 individuals collectively • Analyzed and evaluated smart objectives and work plans against budget documents to ensure operational effectiveness and cohesive implementation • Developed, reviewed, and fully executed collaborative agreements, contracts, and memorandums of agreements with 20 community partner agencies within 24 months which contributed to the successful engagement of 1000 individuals in HIV prevention and testing services
