Social Media Manager for the theatrical production of This Girl, performed for a week in the Hope Street Theatre in Liverpool. Responsible for creating and distributing press releases, media interviews, all social media content, social media channel creation and promotion of ticket sales. The run sold out 7 of the 8 dates it ran for.

Main responsibilities included: • Conduct appraisals and produce development plans for team leader and team members; develop team members to team leader position • Assist the general manager to train, coach mentor and motivate team members • In the general manager’s absence, attend area meetings and feedback any relevant information to the management team and team members • Deal with team member performance issues and escalate where appropriate • Hold pre-session briefings as and when appropriate • Take responsibility for own training • Have knowledge and understanding of competitor activity and assist with implementing and driving promotions • Understand the pubs budget and manage expenditure accordingly • Demonstrate good understanding of the P&L • Lead by example to ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service are delivered by the team at all times • Service and standards are implemented and adhered to by team• Position fo trust as one of 3 keyholders for the site

I have worked in two of the TUI Family Life hotels as a Concept Delivery Manager; the first was the 5* Atlantica Aegean Blue in Rhodes in 2016 and for two years I have worked in the 4* Hipotels Coma Gran. During my time working in these units I was responsible for teams of up to 44 people ranging in their roles from Guest Relations Reps to Entertainment, Childcare, Sports Hosts and Swim Coaches for whom I would arrange rotas, personal development and any HR or employee relations issues. Over 3 summers I have been successful in achieving all of the business KPIs as well as generating additional revenue by making best use of all available sales channels in the different business areas and upselling where possible (retail, airline and hotel based). I was always on the lookout for new sales opportunities and in cooperation with the area sales manager, we conceptualised and implemented 2 new excursions for TUI in Mallorca, bringing in thousands of Euros in additional revenue.
