Bra projekt är ofta både långa och svåra, då måste de vila på starka övertygelser, rätt analyser, väl förankrade strategier och en engagerande kommunikation. * Beställarkompetens: Det är nödvändigt att veta vad vi vill men vi måste också översätta visioner och värden i konkreta krav på kvalitet, funktion, ekonomi, teknik, estetik och konstruktiva samarbetsformer. * Projektledning: Visioner och värden nås genom 10.000 konsekvent fattade beslut. Bra projektledning i komplexa projekt förutsätter att vi kan engagera många människor och kompetenser i problemlösning där projektens övergripande mål ligger till grund för våra prioriteringar.

In charge of development of learning environments in The Learning Quarters, a giant leap of faith for Nacka Municipality. In the coming years we are building a city, some 20.000 new homes and 10.000 new workplaces. The beating heart of this project (to me) will be The Learning Quarters: a new home for the brilliant students and teachers at Nacka gymnasium (some 3200 creative minds in all) and capacity for another 1000 students in upper secondary school in ways yet to be discovered. An integral part of The Learning Quarters will be VERCITY, Sweden's first "galleria" for higher education and innovative enterprises. -Interesting times ahead, honored and thrilled to be a part of this!

Specialized in pedagogic development. Built up a function called "Learning services" within Academedia aimed at developing the brands in Academendia as well as evaluating new brands under due diligence. Supporting management with strategic development and evaluation.

Worked mainly with upper secondary schools and created a system for Sweden's first fully case-based schools. The core of the education was built on multi-disciplinary case-studies. I wrote a lot of cases in these years, designed education for teachers, wrote policy documents, fought battles with our National board of education and built an entire system to assess and feedback our students' development. Fun and rewarding work!
