I have 20+ years of experience in the Land Title Industry. In 2001, I began working for a family-owned title company which provided title services to mortgage lenders for home buyers and mortgage refinancing. In 2008, I was hired as a title examiner for Lerner, Sampson, and Ruthfuss before being promoted to Staff Supervisor 18 months later. After 4 years of managing a staff of paralegals and title examiners, I was hired by O. R. Colan and Associates as a title agent, and shortly thereafter, transferred to O. R. Colan Utility and Infrastructure as Lead Title Agent. In May of 2020, I was named Assistant Title Manager.My experience spans all levels of land title and right of way. I have researched land title across a dozen states and countless counties. Not only am I proficient in this field, but I also excel at building personal and professional relationships which are conducive to meeting goals and mutual success.
