Secretary of Risk Oversight Committee (KIPER) of the Board of Commissioners (BOC):- best BOC sub-committee with 4.6/5.0 rating (“very satisfactory”) in 2016;- improved KIPER Charter 3x in 2016/17/18 to reflect latest regulations & heighten oversight depth/width;- "activist" secretary closing matters arising industriously and improving annual workplans/agenda to upgrade risk management oversight of the bank.

Set appetite & limit for credit risk at the bank level and non-retail level:(a) merged two reporting teams (2x5 fte) into one upgraded portfolio management team (7 fte);(b) established credit portfolio mgt around Business Unit, Sector, and Group Debtor dimensions;(c) upgraded metrics from historical to forward-looking; from reactive to anticipatory (e.g. emerging risk); from risk-only to risk-return; from fragmented to integrated & holistic view of the portfolio;(d) established Credit Portfolio Steering Committee to bring all 3 lines of defense in one forum.

Corporate Banking (IBG1&2) - managed Shipping companies, then Western MNCs:(a) 8 client groups from Singapore, Indonesia and South Asia region, with S$449M portfolio (S$10M income p.a.) – half of which was new to bank and underwritten personally;(b) US & EU MNCs in Asia, working with US & UK branches to support client’s banking needs (cash, trade, supply chain, treasury, loan, corporate finance) in 6 core countries (SG, HK, CN, TW, IN, ID) across industrials, autos, consumer goods and other sectors.

SME Banking (IBG3&4) - part of South & South-east Asia (SSEA) team, then Regional Factoring:(a) Business Development (1y in Indonesia): prepared biz plan for new SME branches, built tools for new wholesale funding biz, completed industry penetration plans (Rubber, Shipping, Pharmaceutical, Textile & Garment);(b) Product Development: launched Factoring to target Indonesian SMEs, developed product specs for Equipment Financing, Unsecured Term Loan and Micro-financing for Indonesia, standardized Factoring's accounting treatment across all countries.

Consumer Banking Ops: from call centre resource planner (300 agents, 24/7) to process improvement manager (six sigma), operations manager (12 fte), bank (POSB) transformation project key member (Process & Tech sub-lead) and finally CX champion for Tech & Ops (T&O) Singapore.
