During my time in studio 3LHD, I have participated in the creation of a feasibility study for revitalizing the 'Gredelj' brownfield site in the centre of Zagreb, Croatia. Developed a government-funded feasibility study.Planning of a mixed-use regenerated area in the center of Zagreb.Conducted a sustainability analysis of the project.Suggested design decisions that reduced material use, reduced OPEX, improved air quality and space efficiency.Designed architectural materials presented to City of Zagreb.Collaborated with PwC, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Die Arkitekten.I worked on implementation strategies of the planned mixed-use regenerated area and presented arguments to the clients - European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the City of Zagreb.
