The program serves under-resourced students ages 18-24, at colleges across the country, who are most often, first generation college students. • Manage the (PEP) Parent Engagement Programs--Including instruction, evaluation, field trips, community service event's and workshops and assists with enabling entire households to increase career & educational achievements. I am also responsible for referring parents to resources within other Chicago Urban League departments. • Develop program flyers along with implement marketing plans and recruitment and retention• Physically Recruit students from over 40 High Schools in Chicago• Implemented program procedures, quality control and evaluation tools making sure all of our resources are being utilized efficiently. • Maintain all program records, prepare and submit program internal reports • Attend internal and external meetings for updates on new projects and information
