I have been in working in the Information Technology industry for just over twelve years. During this time I have played different roles within the software development life cycle. This includes project management, developer, tester, support engineer to release manager. For the past nine years my main focus has been around customer support which I am strongly passionate about. In every customer engagement I bring strong technical knowledge and past customer experience which allows my to understand the customer point of view. I am able to clearly communicate what needs to be done to get a resolution to customer issues at all levels, from deep technical to high level executive overview. In the future I have aspirations to move into management within customer support. This will allow me continue to follow my passion but means that I will be able to assist customers at a higher level and have more influence as to how customers are supported in the future.
