• Responsible for all reporting to the Board and Shareholders• Produce financial statements including profit and loss accounts, budgets, • monthly management accounts, variance analysis and commentaries• Provide management reporting for decision-making• Calculation, presentation and payment of VAT• Daily Payments • Report on company assets and liabilities including balance sheet account reconciliations• Drafting of Annual Financial Statements• Assisting in the Annual Statutory Audits• Reviewing of Financial Records
