Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Integration:-Collaborate with teachers to identify opportunities to integrate educational technology into the curriculum, ensuring alignment with the Ministry of Education's guidelines and objectives.-Develop and implement a strategic plan for the integration of educational technology across all subjects and grade levels.Professional Development:-Organize and provide professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their proficiency in using educational technology tools and resources.-Stay updated on emerging educational technology trends, best practices, and pedagogical approaches.Resource Management:-Assist in overseeing the selection, deployment, and maintenance of educational technology tools, software, and hardware.-Assist in managing the budget for the Educational Technology Department and ensure efficient allocation of resources.Classroom Support:-Provide ongoing support to teachers in effectively utilizing technology in the classroom.-Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the IT team for timely resolutions.Assessment and Evaluation:-Develop and implement assessment strategies to measure the impact of educational technology on student learning outcomes.-Use data and feedback to continuously improve the integration of technology into the curriculum.Student Engagement:-Foster a culture of responsible and meaningful technology use among students.-Encourage and support the development of digital literacy and digital citizenship skills among students.Collaboration and Communication:-Collaborate with other Subject Heads and school leaders to ensure that technology integration supports the school's overall educational goals.-Communicate regularly with parents and the school community regarding the school's approach to educational technology.
