As part of the Naturelink group of companies I was employed in the contract division to focus on ACMI leasing. Secured a long term lease for a 50 seater ERJ145 jet aircraft, leasing into an airline based in West Africa. Managed numerous other subdivisions of the company including the country wide launch of the multi-million USD Embraer Business Legacy Jet. Initially public relations were part of the job function and I executed numerous media trips into Africa and the Middle East. Together with an operations teams I set up operations for smaller airlines in various African countries that leased EMB120 aircraft from Naturelink and managed the total operation encompassing all phases of the contract including the initial securing of the contract to legal, crew and financial implications. I established contracts for WFP and UN in various African countries instituting new bases of operations and thereafter taking care of the NGO, being the point of contact and ensuring service delivery. I was also instrumental in securing the first contract worldwide for a civilian aircraft with a missile system.In addition to the aircraft leasing I supported the Charter division executing large charters on Boeing 737 aircraft, handling the operation in its entirety.

As part of the Rossair Aviation Group of companies I was employed in the contract division focusing on ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance) leasing. The Rossair group included Workshops, Executive Air Charter, Avionics, Contracts and Rossair Europe. This ran as a small airline and with a focused team handled all facets of setting up the contract from ground ops to logistics; I acquired valuable experience in the aviation industry, building influential contacts worldwide.
