Life at Changi Airport is vibrant and fast-paced. Being part of a dynamic team, I constantly need to think on my feet and generate fresh ideas to communicate our messages, not only to external audience, but also internal ones.Deeply involved in conceptualising creative ways to stir interest among colleagues about the various developmental projects at Changi Airport. This includes creating and curating content as well as formulating plans to engage our audience in a fun and exciting way. As part of the team responsible for measuring brand perception and post campaign success, I analyse survey results to develop key insights for future campaign considerations and planning.Over the years, I took lead in planning and project managing publicity plans for commercial activities such as Changi Millionaire, to spur retail spend; created content and executed digital campaigns such as Behind Changi to sustain brand interest; and inspire travel by managing travel-related content on owned assets as well as promote hidden gems in SEA through innovative digital engagements.More recently, my team has orchestrated the exciting Star Wars at Changi campaign in 2015 and earned some recognition: -Best Experiential Marketing Campaign @ Singapore Media Awards 2016 (Won by our media agency)-Best PR Campaign by an In-House Communications Team - Gold Award @ PR Awards 2016-Most Creative PR Stunt - Gold award @ PR Awards 2016-Best Use of Social Media - Silver award @ PR Awards 2016
