• Appointed to MOM Leadership Development Programme (only 4% of employees appointed).• Received Exemplary MOMer Award in 2024 (only 1% of employees awarded).• Led cross-agency team of 18 in generative research and concept testing for Career Health SG and its associated digital products, and communicated recommendations to leadership which: o Influenced key messages for inclusion in GTM communications plan; o Prompted prioritisation of features for development in the MVPs (e.g., profile customisation, enhanced landing page, enhanced search filters); o Flagged value and feasibility risks associated with a key feature in one of the products; and o Identified longer-term opportunities (e.g., discovery mode for job openings, highly scaffolded career planner tool, community engagement to enhance product offerings).• Evaluated the effectiveness of a pilot programme for S Pass holders via quantitative pre-post study and qualitative interviews; findings informed decision to keep but not scale the pilot.• Planned and conducted mixed methods research on employers’ experience of domestic worker house visits; led to visits averaging 84.2% CSAT in CY22 (higher than MOM’s overall services score).

• Initiated and shipped the SGUnited Jobs and Skills Placement Partners Initiative as part of the Government’s job matching efforts during COVID-19; scheme was later scaled up in 2022. • Launched new licence conditions on fair hiring practices that impacted ~3000 employment agencies, and revamped collection of industry data as part of long-term strategy on mobilising labour market intermediaries.• Led team of five through both cycles of the National Wages Council’s crisis response in 2020 to provide employers with timely guidance on wage and employment-related issues.

Business Development• Helped to close deals with a regional online travel agency as well as a major tourist attraction in Singapore by brainstorming win-win opportunities and creating the slide decks that were used to pitch to potential partners.• Liaised with business partners to communicate the scope of work and timeline associated with the partnership.Product Strategy and Management• Planned and conducted focus group discussions in order to better understand the travel journey as well as the needs and wants of various types of travellers.• Planned and executed modifications to the app to make its user experience clearer and more intuitive.• Planned and created marketing materials for Goru as well as our business partners (for example, a hotel chain in Singapore).• Curated and created Singapore-related travel content for the app that supported Goru’s mission to be a Singaporean travel buddy.Operations• Assisted the Product Manager in budgeting for Goru’s monthly operating cost.• Managed the scope and workload of ad-hoc workers and oversaw the hiring process for the next batch of interns.

Design Thinking - Consulting• Engaged in co-creation with multiple stakeholders (namely a government agency and the general public) in order to improve and transition an existing service online.• Helped finalise the ideas we generated in collaboration with our client (the government agency) by iterating the process of prototyping and testing.Design Thinking - Research• Conducted an independent ethnographic research project about the use of shared spaces in Singapore as part of the company’s “Build a Greater Business” project.• Shared insights from my independent research project in the company’s monthly newsletter.

• Co-designed the programme for the Futures Thinking component of the summit.• Facilitated a culturally diverse group of nine undergraduates during Futures workshops.

Ideation• Ideated with a team for several of the company’s projects, including one for GIC in which we designed an interactive game for youths to learn good financial habits.Content Creation• Authored and co-authored articles for Think Tank’s publications, which reached an audience of thousands.• Conceptualised design ideas for three infographics in Broader Perspectives’ 2013 Year in Review issue.• Contributed to sharpening the rigour of one of the publication’s permanent sections, resulting in a modification of that section.
