Anthi Maneta has been serving the Hospitality Industry for more than 15 years now, with experience in several operational positions in 5-star Hotels. In addition, she has extensive experience in hotel openings and leading team empowerment projects, through her roles as Hotel Manager and HR Director in renowned hotel groups. She is a graduate of Management and Business Administration at the University of Patras and holds a Master's degree in Services Management at the Athens University of Economics and Business. She is certified in Human Resources Management with the Cornell University and in Lean Six Sigma Methodology with the Kapodistrian University of Athens. She believes in lifelong learning and personal development that can be achieved not only through seminars and educational programs, but also through reading, traveling, observation, contact with nature and animals, and through deep, meaningful conversations and interaction with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
