- Order Processing: Oversee and manage the entire order fulfillment process,including order picking, packing, and handover to 3PL. - Generate and analyze fulfillment performance reports- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduceerrors, and streamline the fulfillment process. - Monitor and maintain inventory levels. - Construct monthly developing plan for DC- Ensure the consumption for categories in each store are in place, in time, and inright quantity.- Manage the stock to be in good shape both in physical arrangement and onsystem.- Manage suppliers to meet OTD (on time delivery)- Follow up weekly promotions from MD and Marketing team and deliver the planto suppliers- Cooperate with related departments to resolve daily issues: payableaccounting, customer supporting,...- Maintain team performance and provide daily basis training
