Main Duties:• Leading trading operations, both pre-match and live for the following;• Tennis Team (inc. Table Tennis, Padel, Badminton & Global Politics).• Volleyball Team (Inc. Beach volleyball).• UK Sports Team (Inc. Snooker, Darts, Cricket, Golf, Rugby F1, Motor Sports, Politics, Awards).• Ensure a full and comprehensive offering is provided at all times.• Risk control and ownership of trading limits, payback and P&L.• Liaise with third party providers to ensure an optimal trading product is delivered and margin is maximized.• Conduct ongoing customer analysis to help improve margin.• Monitor market trends/competitors.• Effective error reporting/problem solving.• Produce and provide analysis of product performance periodically as defined by the Head of Global Trading.• Work with the Trading Product Manager to assist the development of trading tools.• Coaching and development of all team members.• Undertake bi-yearly performance reviews for all direct reports, along with providing regular feedback.• Ensure staffing meets the demands of the business at all times.• Build a close relationship with the brand teams in order to meet their needs with regard to PR, marketing, social media, and special bets.• Scheduling team members on a 24/7 roster in order to cover all on-going sports tournaments in the best way possible.• Experience configuring/setting up sports using third-party providers such as Sporting Solutions, BetGenius and Sportradar both prematch and live.

Main Duties:• Trading a varied amount of Live (Tennis) matches depending on the season need and workload.• Ultimate responsibility for assigned Leagues, from when events are published to match time - Prematch• Working in a Team Environment to strengthen first and foremost the quality of the offer and productivity of the team, but the overall quality of the sportsbook as well.• Ongoing analysis and investigation of your leagues, including betting trends, margins, competitors offers and classification of customers.• Provide 2nd line support to customer care through Skype & email.• Monitor odds changes using different monitoring tools.• Monitor incoming bets.Additional Duties:• Scheduling team members on a 24/7 roster in order to cover all on-going Tennis tournaments in the best way possible.• Compiling monthly reports for Tennis and Volleyball.• Compiling detailed tennis monthly report regarding live matches offered / not offered for scheduling team.• Assisting team leader with day-to-day running of the team.• Taking over team lead role when team leader is out of office, ensuring all escalations & queries regarding the team are dealt with, such as;o Leave & overtime approvalso Day-to-day operations of the teamo Liaising with third party providers when issues occur. o Interviewing candidates for any vacant posts within the team.

• To offer first line support to queries directly coming from CS Teams, Traders and Sportsbook Support.• Help out in training and development of traders by:o Completing and passing on Trader Monitoring documentation.o Providing training to assigned traders.• Trade Live games when asked as part of their daily/weekly schedule.• Monitor the Live Website and ensure traders follow instructions and that all trading practices are being followed.• To offer assistance when requested concerning;o Live betting Team Leader tasks.o Site & System testing.• To make sure that the site is up and running at all times and to report to technical support whenever issues arise.• Customer management and classification.• Live trading football, tennis, volleyball and Ice Hockey.
