I have worked hard to achieve consistent results, while implementing time-saving procedures and process improvements. I am motivated, organized, and analytical, with proven success in troubleshooting and detail-orientation. Through whatever may come (new systems, change, you-name-it) I remain empathetic, calm, and humorous.At every company I have worked, I have been well-liked, trusted, and handed more and more responsibility, despite my efforts to the contrary. I am one of the most loyal employees a company would love to have. A couple of years ago, I had the opportunity to move my family to a different state from where my position and company were located. Instead of quitting, or being asked to quit, the company and I agreed I was still a good fit, so I was able to work remotely from my home office—without disruption to my tasks. I was even able to train other employees while working from home…thanks, technology!One of the things I love about working in Human Resources, especially Benefits, is working with a focused and talented team of professionals to help employees be able to focus on their specific jobs and tasks while not having to worry about any Benefits- or Payroll-issues that may come up day-to-day—the whole “you let me worry about that for you” type of thing. I enjoy taking ownership of issues and solving problems.Oh, and by the way, I’m also a writer. I’ve blogged now and then, written poetry, edited online content…and one of these days, I’ll finish writing my first novel, too.
