CurrentMy primary responsibility is to effectively manage client’s employee benefit programs while providing them with employee benefits brokerage and consulting services. I coordinate all of the day-to-day activities of our team, which include all facets of each client’s employee benefits program, pricing, and placement of risk with the insurance carriers. I continually assist clients attract and retain the highest level of employees for their company and I do this through the effective plan management of the employee benefit program throughout the year.My team members and I analyze client business issues and challenges leveraging USI ONE™, a proprietary platform integrating analytics, networked resources and strategic planning to deliver highly customized solutions with economic impact. We assist clients with identifying and achieving the outcomes they deserve for the premiums they pay and also provide effective employee communication campaigns and cutting edge strategies to assist with managing their benefit costs.
