Hello! I am college graduate from Cebu Institute of Technology University with Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I have recently graduated from a culinary school, American International Culinary & Hospitality Institute. I interned from Circa 1900 & Maayo Hotel for six months. During my time at Circa 1900, I assisted bakers & pastry chefs at The Noshery. I also assisted the banquet cooking for functions. While I was at the Maayo Hotel, I manned the egg & pancake station during breakfast buffet at the Uma Restaurant. I also assisted the pastry chef for the merienda buffet that was held every Friday afternoon.
