Cidara is developing therapeutics to improve the standard of care for patients facing severe fungal or viral infections. The Company’s portfolio is comprised of breakthrough approaches aimed at transforming existing treatment and prevention paradigms, first with its lead antifungal candidate, Rezafungin, in addition to therapies targeting influenza and other viral diseases from Cidara’s proprietary Cloudbreak® platform. Facilities Maintenance Separate, store and monitor lab levels of HAZMAT Waste material (HLPC, Halogenated, Hi BTU, Oils, SHARPS, BioHaz, E-W Universals) and coordinate pickup quantities per week. Monitor/adjust gaseous tank/dewar PSI levels and replace/order when needed (Co2, Nitrogen, o2, Helium, Argon, Hydrogen) Weekly inventory of chemical solvents reported to Lab Managers Maintain monthly upkeep/inspection of “safety walk”. Receive/unload incoming materials from vendors• Determine if material is for end product usage (has a Mesa P/N) and to which Dept it is allocated for (Production,R&D, Engineering, Formulations, etc...), it’s urgency and notify requestor of it’s arrival and eta of availability• Verify receiving paperwork packet is accurate and conforms to GMP standard• Verify samples from received product matches specifications from material RMS• Sign and date QC form and attach Approved label(s) to product• Confirm product is stored in appropriate location and manner (Quarantine/Approved location, if opened store infreezer, MRB cage, expired, etc...)• Perform nonconformance procedures when applicable• Checking in materials against P.O.s and verifying quantity, material type received• Acquire & verify Certificate of Analysis/Certificate of Compliance when applicable• Attach and review appropriate RMS Sheet documentation to packing list & CoA/CoC• Enter data into QCBD Receiving Log, assign lot #, create a Quarantine label, expiration date and stage for QCinspection• Create final receiving form that contains all pertinent information about the material received (Part#/Rev/Description, Mesa Lot#, Qty/UoM, vendor, vendor P/N-Lot #, Expiration date)• Review and ensure all documentation is accurate and adheres to Good Documentation Practices and GMP standards• Stage/Store material in appropriate area (DryRoom, -80, -20, +4, ChemCab/FlamCab) and attach a quarantine label• Deliver Receiving packet to QC and inform location quarantined material to be inspected• Non-Inventory items (equipment, supplies, samples, etc...) checked for damage, qty and notify requestor of receiptdeliver as necessary to the appropriate department/person/location enter item(s) received into non-inventoryreceiving log
