For the past 5 year as a driven employee of DOWNER GROUP – RAIL DIVISION My personal and team achievements include: • Supported the Commissioning team and Delivered 320 Double Decker Passenger Cars in the 12 months of 2013.• Downer Rail Excellence Award – 29/11/2013 . Recognition of my commitment and performance which exceeded expectations in meeting the 2012-2013 EOFY Project Delivery Target by orchestrating and driving the commissioning of 5 x 8 Car Waratah Trains in one month, out of a facility that was designed to deliver 2 x 8 Car Trains per month. • Australian Rail Association Corporate Award for the Introduction of Technology into the rail manufacturing Industry 28/11/2013, This award was for the introduction of technology by the Waratah Testing and Commissioning Team, My contributions included, Electronic Test Instructions, Automated Test Machines and applications as well as Plug in Semi – Automated Test tools.• Hunter Manufacturing Award 19/10/2012– Process Excellence Award to the Waratah Train Project Team at the Cardiff Site for Lean manufacturing and accelerated delivery schedule to Twice the original project plan, My contributions were to the acceleration of the commissioning program through lean processes design and off line production testing contributing to greater than 40% reduction in manufacturing defects found and rectified during commissioning. • Delivered the Automated Test Equipment project 10/6/2010, 2 ATE’s with all Interface equipment, programming and training package, Designed to be adaptable to an incomplete electrical design and rolled out 26% under budget completely fit for purpose.
