But now I have 22 (and wanting to reach 200 by the end of the year) because:- I can align, lead, and grow world-class and competent team members.- I love winning, but guiding my team win in every aspect of their lives, gives me more happiness.- I work hard and tell great narratives not just about what I'v accomplished but what my team accomplished too, because if not for them, I won't be the leader I am today.
