My responsibilities include assisting in the weekly customer service meetings/conference calls of marketing and social media campaigns. Develop marketing strategies for social media campaign about client services, company updates and promotional material throughout the development of a Content Calendar; which is an Excel spreadsheet with a list of all the content that will be posted on Facebook and Twitter that is then forwarded to the client for review before being posted. Assist with branding through various social media outlets besides Facebook and Twitter including Pintrest, Instagram, Flicker, and Tumbler. Assist in market research, competitive analysis throughout the development of a Brand Bible, which is a list of things we can and cannot post on social media to maintain the brand image of the client we are representing. So far I have been working on a content calendar for the digestive health center. Once I finish the calendar it is sent to the client for review and then I use Sprout Social to schedule the content for posting in the future. When I am not doing research for new content to post, I am also looking for companies that do not have a strong social media presence so that are company can assist them to generate buzz and increase brand loyalty.
