I regularly liaise between the Operations Team, U.S. AbilityOne Commission, and stakeholders, and I report directly to the Assistant Vice President. My role involves maintaining PLIMS quality and data integrity tools and policies, as well as tracking, analyzing, and reporting on transactions. I frequently provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership on key initiatives, and consistently exceed KPIs established within the U.S. AbilityOne Commissions oversight contract and the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). Additionally, I have successfully streamlined core processes and procedures, and trained staff on best practices to drive efficiency and quality throughout the procurement life-cycle. Through these contributions, I have improved the PLIMS accuracy rate from 68% in 2016 to 96% in 2019.
