Main responsibilities are to keep the books updated and accurate, maintain open communications with vendors and factors regarding payments and credits.Other responsibilities:- Prepare and review internally quarterly and yearly financial statements- Work with CPA on corporate tax filings. - Reconcile all corporate credit cards, bank accounts, and sales transactions on a monthly basis - File Commercial Rent Tax, Sales Tax on a quarterly basis- File and maintain filing system of corporate documents and invoices- Submit weekly status reports on all vendor and operations issues Additional Duties-Processing Payroll on a weekly basis-Manage Employee Health Benefits-Facilitate and implement system upgrades and resolve most IT issues.-Assist buying department with shipment status of orders-Assist with processing of RA's

-Processed orders, returns and exchanges-Took phone orders and answered customer inquiries.-Assisted in picking looks to be photographed-Data entry
