Growing up, I always thought I would become a famous painter like Johannes Vermeer or Salvador Dali. To be able to create with my hands and mind and inspire others to feel and experience. To me painting was not just brush to canvas, it was the exposure of your creation to others and how it sparked energy within them.I never became a famous painter, but those same aspirations and dreams were able to be accomplished and supported during my 25+ years’ experience within the food service and events industry. My passion is food and my expertise is experience. While being provided certain ideas and stories from clients, I am able to weave as close to their vision as possible even under strict budget guidelines…you don’t need to spend a lot of money to create an exceptional event experience.In addition to food services and events, I also possess career experience in facility management in conference center services and retail coffee and cafeteria services. I have certifications in HAACP and COVID Food Safety. Expert level in Powerpoint, Excel, Word, InforReserve, EMS, Catertrax, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and all social media platforms.
