• Led the design and configuration of telecommunication and security infrastructures for numerous government and commercial customers• Lead engineer on projects replacing the WAN infrastructure, encryption devices, and LAN infrastructure (routers, switches, servers and SAN). In addition, the customer migrated all servers to a virtualized environment with shared storage and a new backup solution. My role was to draft and submit the design documentation, procure the equipment through vendors, pre-stage equipment at our facility and pre-configure, and ultimately deploy and migrate the network and services.• Responsible for the end-to-end planning of customer projects, including the network design, procurement, implementation, configuration and operation• Created AutoCAD design documentation (30-100% design submittals), provided cost estimates, and developed bid proposals for new projects

• Responsible for the design, configuration, securing, implementation and troubleshooting of Cisco routers, switches, VOIPs and VTCs deployed for coalition and commercial networks• Designed and implemented a solution for the ECOWAS network of Africa, allowing for all of their satellite networks to transition to IP based networks• Configured and deployed encryption devices such as the TACLANE KG-175 and KG-250 for secured networks• Assisted at the 24/7 Network Operation Center, troubleshooting various network and systems related issues across the enclaves
