- Act as a mentor to Professional Services team members, while working to improve internal processes and project execution at a high-level- Act as a thought-leader for both the Implementation team and the broader business- Ensure processes are running smoothly and effectively- Discuss escalations with team members, working to resolve all issues and ensure customer satisfaction- Conduct 1:1s with team members- Perform annual reviews- Report to Core 10 leadership on status of client relationship and the Professional Services team

- Perform site implementation for Private Equity clients- Develop tear-sheets and reports for Private Equity clients- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, solving any issues that may arise along the way- Leverage advanced Excel knowledge- Understand business objectives and align client data to the appropriate data model for import- Understand best fit for data entry and configure to maximize adoption- Configure dashboards and business intelligence to tell clients story and maximize transparency across the firm

Generation West Virginia’s Impact Fellowship invites tomorrow’s leaders to work, live and give in West Virginia by offering yearlong, paid fellowships at some of the Mountain State’s most innovative companies. During the course of a year, Impact Fellows work four days a week at one of our participating companies, while dedicating one day a week donating their brain power, time and expertise to projects in partnership with local nonprofit organizations.

- Tasked with educating consumers and partners regarding consumer rights, assisting with the development of public policy, and making a meaningful impact on the advancement of consumer rights- Taught Financial Literacy course at Marshall University- Obtained $30k in funding for Wayne County Schools to implement a required financial literacy course for all high school graduates- Oversaw the implementation and design of an entirely new website- Met with various individuals/groups of interest at WVU and MU to establish the desired outcomes of the website and Center- Built and integrated databases for consumer and scholars to perform research into the Center’s website- Obtained a grant from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which was used to create and implement financial literacy programs- Worked with Coalfield Development to begin teaching financial literacy courses to underemployed coalminers

- Assisted in implementing an effective construction loan tracking process- Assisted the Collections Manager in decreasing past due loans by $20 million+- Assisted in the development of an effective collections process- Created legally compliant notices for customers and assisted in distributing these notices- Developed customer relations skills through phone calls to customers informing them of their late payments, asking for an expected payment date, and following up if their payment promises were not met- Assisted in the development and design of a credit memo that meets regulator standards- Created various other forms for internal and customer use, including a personal financial statement, and right to cure/demand letters
