Day to day to ensure health of crew members, also to ensure all injuries however minor are dealt with. With my previous experience in the safety field I was selected to progress to the role of Safety Training Officer. Here I ensure that all crew members work as per procedure and afford training and coaching to those that don’t meet the requirements. Other responsibilities in this role are to risk assess hazardous activities, perform investigations to incidents, brief crew during weekly HSE meetings
