Upon returning to the US in 2003, after my extended stay in France, I was under contract to IBM to be a Catia V5 Methods Consultant & Analyst for Ford Motor Company - for their "roll out & initial deployment" of CATIA Version 5 in the sheet metal stamping division. While at Ford Motor Company, I was a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on all Catia V5 products. For Instruction & Methods development, I created small (ITM's) Instructional Teaching Manuals on “tips” & general best usage methodology. This I used during weekly up-date sessions for improved process of the product, for sheet metal stamping designers and Numerical control programmers. I worked closely with the Stress Analyses Group in the Try-out stamping phase, on the stamping "proof of concept theory" in computer simulations.
Listed skills include Catia, Sheet Metal, and Manufacturing.
