A team of selected students from all business majors are put together to create and manage an investment fund. This entailed taking a total of $250,000 of funding and investing them into different equities and fixed income. Analysis and heavy research was conducted, as well as, forecasting the markets and predicting expected returns on investments. As a fund, we were responsible to our investors, and it was our duty to constantly and consistently update them through presentations. Fortunately, our investors were all real world experienced managers, so this allowed us to gain great insight into the minds of investing.
