Learning And Development Specialist
CurrentWork with subject matter experts across the corporation to author, revise, and publish SCORM and xAPI compliant e-learning course material via Lectora Enterprise, Articulate 360 and Elucidat. Administer the desktop and mobile applications (iOS and Android) for the corporate Learning Management System (Docebo).Lead on the design, development, and implementation of the corporate volunteer management program.Prepare business case documentation (including RFP and RFIs) for learning and development and occupational health & wellness-related initiatives.Identify and maintain corporate, job and department-specific on-boarding and core learning plans within the LMS and HRMS environments; equip leadership and front-line staff with learning gap and succession planning analysis tools.Scope requirements (both process and technical) to implement human capital best practices such as pre-boarding for employees, external contractors and volunteers.Design and implement leadership development programming for emergent leaders, as well as leadership foundation curriculum for new and existing leaders.Administer the deployment of corporate and department Standard Operating Procedure learning experiences and manage the related change control and approval process.Represent management at select joint health and safety committee meetings (including multi-site committees).
