Parts Manager
CurrentMaintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requiremtnts of the service department, commercial, wholesale and customer accounts. I establish pricing parameters in each customer category that generate sufficient gross profit to produce a satisfactory profit while maintaining customer loyalty. I establish individual parts balances for maximum turnover, monitor and adjust to minimize obsolenscence. Oversee purchasing of supplies & materials for service department. Analyze sales, expenses & inventory monthly to maintain profit goals. Direct shipping and receiving efforts to ensure timely processing. Adopt, revise, or initiate revenue measures in order to balance the succeeding fiscal year's budget. Handle and manage orders for Mexicali & Tijuana branch. I assist in handling departmental operations and storage layout in the following branches, El Centro, San Diego, Phoenix & Tucson.
