• Manages full-cycle recruiting including the responsibilites of sourcing, screening, schedule coordination and presentation of offers to both exempt and non-exempt level candidates • Daily communication and partnership with VP’s, Directors, Hiring Managers, Supervisors and candidates • Advise Hiring Managers on processes and procedures to ensure all recruitment activities are consistent with the company's commitment as an equal opportunity employer • Partner with Recruiting Coordinators and the Generalist team throughout the recruitment process in areas related to data integrity, compliance and compensation • Consistently develop recruiting strategies for open positions which include research, sourcing, assessment and presentation of qualified candidates to Hiring Managers • Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews • Performs targeted sourcing of candidates via employee referrals, external job boards, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, as well as, various career fairs and conferences sponsored by Spectrum.

• Handle interviewing of all new Call Center Associates. Responsible for recommending candidates that meet call center requirements.• Monitor new-hire process for the first 90 days by observing training process, ensuring all access forms are submitted, managing 30, 60, 90 day review process, and ensure progress on all training certifications.• Monitor candidate performance and call center expectation changes to ensure candidate recommendations align with call center needs.• Present improvement recommendations based on observations.• Present New Hire expectations to incoming call center classes• Create and manage a Call Center hiring plan to ensure staffing expectations are met. Communicate weekly updates addressing progress to goals set.• Develop and maintain relationship with human resource recruiters. Assist in hiring process as necessary to ensure staffing goals are met.• Develop and maintain relationship with training team.• Supervise, monitor/coach Customer Service Reps as needed to cover for vacations, FMLA, etc.• Other related duties as assigned.

Support the division in launching new services through training, implementing, and introducing new technologies such as the Road Runner high speed data access and the Digital services.Effectively communicate customer feedback to others within the organization.Create and maintain appropriate Call Center Associate performance standards; and maintain effective evaluation processes to ensure Call Center Associate performance objectives are met.Train, mentor, motivate, and critique performance of direct reports (14-17 Call Center Associates) through constructive feedback.Support career development for each Call Center Associate through our Certification and Grade Level Progression.Reward and recognize associate positive performance.
