Student Representative: United Student Movement
I was the Religion Senator of the United Student Movement at Oakwood University. This job required me to be an active communicator and link between the students and faculty members as well as the Chairman of the Religion Department. On top of those responsibilities I also had to attend, help set up, be actively involved as a worker at the various stations, and break down events that were coordinated by USM. As a Religion Senator I also had access to my own alloted funds by the University to use for events I had in mind and could divvy out to clubs requesting money for plans they had as well.
