I lead product strategy for Xeditor, an intuitive web-based XML authoring platform. Our mission is to help non-technical authors, editors and reviewers create intelligent content (single-source, reusable, scalable, and structured). We serve companies and publishers in technical writing, aerospace and defense, law, health, education, and government.In addition, I'm responsible for strategic partnerships and sales in North America, the UK, and basically anywhere that doesn't natively speak German.

- Responsible for team of 30+ XML architects and content controllers- Manage technical program for XML architecture and production- Develop/maintain internal client relations and analyze requirements- Ensure product delivery within scope, time, and budget- Build/lead international team of content architects and XML specialists- Develop strategy and design of new tools, systems, and workflows
