Deputising for the project manager in their absence, while also working on separate parts of the project. The main objective was working with the project manager to setup Havant Heritage Open Days first festival as part of the Heritage Open Days National event. Some of the tasks that I have undertaken in this role include:- Setting up and running the social media pages for Havant Heritage Open Days.- Setting up and attending meetings regarding participating heritage sites, and the volunteers helping out at the locations.- Creation of a digital tour for a local heritage trail. This included researching each site on the trail, recording video footage of these sites, and writing a script for the narration. - Corresponding with a specific location regarding a photo exhibition which will be taking place on site. This includes the cataloguing of the photos.- Creating marketing materials, including posters, flyers and programmes.- Creating, setting up and running an exhibition, which included researching the topic, communicating with the venue manager with regards to the layout of the exhibition, with attention to public engagement and safety.

Completing the 'final mile' for letters and parcels. Ensuring safe delivery of all mail within a scheduled time frame, while providing a professional service for all customers.

Cover Manager:Flexibility was essential as the duties varied depending on which unit/office I would be covering. The core tasks would to ensure that targets didn`t drop during the cover period, and expectations were kept at the level that they were at. Occasionally there would be an office that was underperforming, and I would be tasked with working with the other managers in that office to seek out ways to improve. The key responsibilities were: - Ensuring that the office would adhere to health and safety regulations in place- Delivery targets were met throughout the cover period- Attendance meetings with staff who were falling below the standards set by the company- Corresponding with customer complaints, ensuring that colleague that it involved corrected the issue.

Duties were to assist the heritage department with upcoming exhibitions. This would include:- Collecting and cataloguing artifacts and material to be used in the exhibitions,- Researching the topic of the exhibition to ensure factuality was accurate,- Accessing the archive, both physical and digital, to aid in researching topics.

Overseeing the efficient production of the delivery hub. The role started with opening the store, moving into a myriad of roles throughout the shift. There was a serious requirement to be able to help out in any part of the store and any point, whether that was making the pizzas, cutting the pizzas, taking telephone orders, or helping with customer issues. These tasks were book ended by the running of the store, which included stock counts, end of period and year financial analysis, weekly and shift to shift sales and labour forecast predictions and adjustments.

Shift management involved one of two roles: - Opening the store and running the day shift, which included creating enough prep to cover the evening shift, as well as taking lunch time orders, or - Taking over from the day manager to run through to the close of the restaurant, including complete cleaning of the kitchen before leaving.

I was responsible for taking orders over the phone, and the safe delivery of the products.
