Responsible for developing the concept which stems from Rotaries origins. Rotary clubs and individual Rotarians are committed to vocational service and high ethical standards and in all of their interactions.This is summed up in the object of Rotary. Our core values include (service, fellowship, diversity, integrity, and leadership,) The four way test, and the rotary code of conduct, carried out through our world wide network of Rotary clubs and Rotarians. As chairperson my responsibility is to develop a program within our club that promotes these ideals. By creating opportunities for our members to interact with the community demonstrating these values within our unique vocations. With a strong emphasis on promoting professional development. Our Rotary club can pursue this commitment through activities that enhance our own knowledge, and by guiding and training others to find gainful, fulfilling employment.
