In this position I was primarily responsible for the companies collection of outstanding invoices. This would entail heavy customer contact via phone and email. The roll also included the creation of monthly invoices, the processing of daily deposits both cash and credit card, and the generation of a weekly accounts receivable aging report.

My responsibilities include the billing of customer for special services, I process credit to customer accounts, I process all incoming money and apply it to the correct customer. I am also responsible for the updating and document collect required for our contractor’s insurance.
