I have recently graduated having my dissertation looking at the effects of daily exercise breaks on people with Learning difficulties and their feelings of autononmy, relatedness, and efficacy. I also looked at the level of practicality and apropriateness from the perspective of the tutor. I am currently looking for work and whilst I preferably would like to specifically utilise what I learnt on my course, I am open to any career which offers a challenge, and career development and progression. I actively embrace CPD and that would be a necessity in any career choice for me. I enjoyed the Rehab, strength and conditioning, massage, and injury prevention components of my degree and I would enjoy being able to apply my knowledge, going forward.
