Settling of files within the FinancialServices Authorities standards and set protocol To review, examine, calculate and resolve motor insurance claims submitted by the customers.  Ensure claims are valid and settlements are made according to company practices, procedures and set guidelines. Conducts negotiations for settlement of claims with claimants, brokers and solicitors. Investigates claims for comprehensibility, potential subrogation and possible fraud. Obtain recorded statements and other evidence, documents results of examination or investigation; requests outside investigations, surveillance or other actions as needed. Initiates payment actions and makes adjustment to funds reserves as needed Prepares reports on claims and loss statistics and other information as required.
