I work at the Brixton Therapy Centre offering traditional zen shiatsu for deep relaxation and health and shin tai for postural correction and musculo-skeletal realignment.

I worked here as a shiatsu therapist. Shiatsu is a healing art derived from the principles of acupuncture. Using finger pressure, body stretches and massage techniques shiatsu rebalances the body's energy (Ki in Japanese or Chi in Chinese). It is performed with the client fully clothed and lying down on a comfortable futon and each session lasts between 45-60 minutes. Shiatsu is particularly good for treating back and neck pain, tension headaches, digestive and menstrual disorders and psychological conditions such as depression. Rates are negotiable depending on individual circumstances.
