I currently work for GFM as site contracts manager I’m down to earth and approachable when dealing with both staff and customers, yet able to remain professional with regard to setting boundaries and leading a successful team.My job role involves leading a team of maintenance operatives in looking after a medium security mental health PFI. My role includes but isn't limited to, Trust liaisons, PFI integrity, security, H&S, compliance, and all staff training. I pride myself in the fact that when I take on a role I have the ability to exceeded all expectations in taking my team to the next level.Over my career I have proven myself to be a versatile self-motivated person, drawing on my wide-ranging experience and skills gained in a variety of settings. I can integrate easily into new situations, and am able to learn new skills quickly. I am methodical in my approach and always pay close attention to detail, and take pride in my work. I am seen as a reliable and trustworthy, as exemplified by my excellent attendance record.
