I spent 21 years in the U.S. Army, retiring in 2019. The first 11 years were spent serving as both Administrative and Human Resources Specialists, the last 10 years were spent recruiting in Western New York, Northeastern Pennsylvania and Southeastern Ohio for the U.S. Army. I decided to attend Daemen College so I would be able to obtain my Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration, Specializing in Human Resources. I did this so I could bring my skills as a recruiter together with the other aspects of Human Resources, making me a more well rounded individual.
