(Worldwide branches). Installed and configured Skype for Business, SharePoint, TeamViewer and TeamViewer backup, NAS Storage and Iomega Storage. Upgraded the environment from windows 7 to windows 8.1 and windows 10. Responsible for all IT purchases in the environment, ensured competitive pricing was attained from multiple vendors, raised appropriate purchase order, and followed through the delivery process. NAVISION: Installed and Configured POS for all Boutiques worldwide. NAVISION: Installed and Configured NAVISION for all users. NAVISION: Provide / Edit permission for NAVISION users.
