In my position, I am responsible for assisting a large number of field and office personel with all forms of technical issues. Issues range from Machinery application tips, startup assistance, old and new equipment training, mechanical room layout, interactions with BMS and EMS systems, piping and pumping issues, as well as in-depth troubleshooting assistance. I also assist in providing feedbacck to our factories based on typical warranty issues.
