Junior Floor Manager
CurrentResponsible for smooth operations during each shift and overseeing overall restaurant operations.* Supervising and directing associates in daily work activities.Delegating assigned tasks to floor staff throughout service.• Reporting to pertinent issues to the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager.• Communicating training needed for Front of House staff.• Preparing work shifts with guidance from Restaurant Managers.• Handling basic customer complaints and maintaining NsuomNam customer service requirements in order to achieve customer satisfaction.* Building excellent rapport with customers for appropriate feedback to improve upon service.* Communicates staff internal grievances to direct Managers.• Enforcing proper payment procedures and policies are followed during service in order to ensure cash and monetary compliance during service.• Ensures restaurant hygiene procedures are adhered to for service as well as closing procedures.• Check Front of House Inventory and supply needs and communicate swiftly to direct managers for restock.• Carry out any other duties as required by management.
