I've been working for municipal governments in most of my adult life. 18 years with Miami-Dade County (since 1987), and I've been with the City of North Miami Beach since 2007.In this last "career-and-industry" chapter of my life, my goal is to continue working as a great public servant and to continue providing great customer service, leaving a positive and lasting impression on those I meet.I've worked as a Jr. Programmer, Tech. Lab Manager and Training Specialist, homing my public speaking skills training county-wide staff members on the use of personal computers and software.I have a number of certificate of appreciations & accommodations for my customer service skills & have been highly known for my interpersonal & people's skills.
