Management of the onsite Operations covered under Veolia's Master Services Agreement with Origin Energy. Veolia's current onsite services include Industrial Cleaning , Office Cleaning , Waste Management , Grounds Maintenance, Security Services (Lic. 000103946), Pest Control, Water Treatment, Plumbing , Fencing, Non Trade Services, Fabric Filter Rebag ,Vacuum and High Pressure Water Jetting Services and Canteen / Catering Services, Indigenous Land Management.

This role to me is more than just; …Sourcing and securing new opportunities for the Industrial and collection businesses, Contract negotiations and submission of pricing models, presentations of group capabilities and new initiatives both internally and externally, Implementation of new improvements and processes. Assisting NSW divisional managers to implement change in their operations. Following our Strategic Plan, I set up Veolia's the Mining Services business unit and worked to successfully capture and implement our first mining contract in the Hunter region. Working with Rio Tinto Coal Australia for the Mount Thorley Warkworth, Hunter Valley Operations and Bengalla Mine site (three year contracts).My demonstrated abilities in this role included… Overseeing the contractual and operational requirements across the three mine sites. Client meetings, Contractual KPI's management and reporting. Implementation of safety, process and cost initiatives e.g. the introduction of mechanical and robotic High pressure water Jetting activities for cleaning of site thickener tanks to remove the confined space entry risks. Set up of new business unit including satellite site, sourcing new equipment and labour to meet the needs of the contracts. Managing the maintenance of the fleet of trucks including ensuring that they comply with individual mine site requirements.
