I transitioned from the military in the fall of 2019 and moved to Boise, ID with my family after 26 years as a Navy SEAL officer. Over this time, I had the privilege to lead at multiple levels within the Special Operations community, ranging from front line supervisor of an 8 man team to senior executive director for a 2500+ person organization spread across Europe. Extensive experience in operations, training, and program management, having managed chaos for a 350 person team spread across five countries in the Middle East, led Navy SEAL Basic Training Command (BUD/S), and delivered next generation specialized boats, responsible for a $500M budget for 11 separate projects.I was taught the importance of mentorship and leadership development early on in my military career, and made this a priority over the past 20 years within each of the organizations where I served.In 2020, I started my own consulting business focused on leadership development and coaching, working with companies and individuals here in the Northwest to help them achieve their maximum potential. I have also shared leadership lessons learned and powerful stories as a speaker, ranging from small youth leadership gatherings to giving keynote address at large conferences. In Jan 2022, I became a part-time employee at Hayden Beverage Company, working in a newly created role as role the Director of Leadership Development. Great family-owned company with an incredible culture, genuine values, role-model leadership, and amazing people.
